Is the quote really free?
Yes. Free and no obligation, whether we price it from photos or come and look. There is no charge for the visit and no pressure afterwards.
How quickly will I hear back?
Usually the same day. We are contactable Monday to Sunday, 9:00am–9:00pm. If we are on the tools when you call, leave a message or send a WhatsApp and Neil will come back to you.
Do you need to visit, or can you price from photos?
For a lot of jobs — a ceiling, a single room, a patch repair — clear photos and rough measurements are enough for a price. Bigger jobs, rendering and anything where the condition of the wall matters, we would rather come and see it than guess.
What should I send with my enquiry?
Photos of the walls or ceilings, rough room sizes if you have them, your postcode, and when you are hoping to have it done. The more of that we have up front, the fewer back-and-forth messages before you get a number.
Is the price you quote the price I pay?
Yes. Quotes are fixed and given in writing. The only thing that changes a price is if you change the job, or if something turns up behind a wall that nobody could have seen at quote stage — and we would talk to you before doing anything about it.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. Patch repairs, a single ceiling, making good after a leak or after the electrician has been. Plenty of firms will not turn out for those. We will.
Do you do commercial work?
Yes — shops, offices, units and rental properties, alongside domestic work. We can usually work around a business staying open, including out of hours where it suits better.
